I aim to provide a caring, safe and secure environment encouraging positive attitudes towards learning, positive self esteem, respect for each other and the surroundings, in an anti-bias, family orientated environment.

I aim to create a stimulating environment for children ensuring that each child receives the highest quality care possible, which encourages the child’s development in all areas; physical, cognitive, social, emotional, creative and linguistic.

I will ensure each of these responsibilities is met as I work in a supportive and trusting partnership with each family, meeting individual and family needs.

A “flexible” routine in a day care setting is essential for children to feel secure in their environment. I welcome any input from families on the routines that work well for you and your child at home. Each child’s daily experiences are recorded with both written and photo documentation, daily, for parents to read and take home to share with the family.
